Lower Priced Condos for Rent in Alrington, VA

As the summer begins, so does the condo search for new graduates, tenants with leases running up, and people just looking for a change. With the area having such a price premium for rentals, the lower priced rentals are in high demand with little available. I listed a 1bedroom/1bathroom condo on craiglist for one day at the highest price we have asked for this unit. It was rented on the spot at our first open house.
