CONDO 1 HAS A NEW RENTAL POLICY BEING ENACTED. Many people call and email us with random requests, unpromising leads, and sometimes just to get an idea of what is available without actually wanting to rent. In order to serve our clients who actually do want/need our help, we are reformatting the way we handle rentals to adapt to the changing rental market in the area.

How Condo 1 can assist on your rental property search:

1. Your Condo 1 agent will evaluate your lease parameters and search through hundreds of potential rental units in both condominiums and apartment buildings to find you the RIGHT HOME!

2. Your Condo 1 agent will show you rental properties in person for up to three hours. Your agent has lockbox access and will schedule appointments and meet you at properties that you want to see.

3. Your Condo 1 agent will provide you automatic daily email notification of any new rental properties that may meet your requirements.

4. Your Condo 1 agent will help you negotiate the correct lease terms to meet your needs.

5. Your Condo 1 agent will provide you with a rental application and help you “put your best foot forward” with a strong, complete proposal.

6. Your Condo 1 agent will collect checks and deliver the complete application to the landlord’s agent, and work as your agent throughout the leasing process.

How much does it cost?


Condo 1 charges an upfront fee of $250 to provide the services listed above.
1. The upfront fee will be refunded upon Condo receiving a commission from the listing company/landlord. The commission received will be refunded up to this amount.
2. Typically, we receive commission for properties in the Realtor MLS system and most apartment buildings.

Want more bang for your buck?

If you go just a tab bit further into Arlington, you can get much better deals on rentals than if you stayed solely on the orange line. Going further out (where there are shuttles to the metro) can really give you more for your money!
