CONDO 1's RHODES HILL SQUARE VISIT

This past Monday, the Condo 1 crew took a tour of a new development called Rhodes Hill Square which is located a few blocks away from the Courthouse metro, towards route 50. This development includes 3 buildings, which unique city homes in each. They recently released part of the new building, which holds about 40 units which are all now on sale. The great thing about this community, is that there are different condos for different needs. Two of the buildings only hold 14 condos, which creates a more intimate setting, while still having the conveniences of grounds and property maintenance. Along with private rooftop terraces, each of these city homes has a private entry way into the underground garage directly in front of your two parking spots. Since each condo is completely different, you can find pretty much everything you are looking for. They have different models with soaring windows, different sized kitchens, different styles of dens, etc.
