NEW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT CLIENTS LEFT AND RIGHT!

The past few weeks Condo 1 has been receiving an absurd number of property management requests from local owners in the Arlington area, far surpassing our average increase of property management clients.

Don't get me wrong, we welcome all the new business, it was just quite a shock! The main building we have been having the most requests from is Station Square Condominium located in Clarendon, and the Atrium Condominium located in Rosslyn. The majority of our previous property management clients are those who live over seas and have investment properties in Arlington, or those who are currently stationed either elsewhere in the country or overseas for a period of time. Yet, we have seen a large increase of local clients who will continue to stay local, but just don't want to deal with the hassle of managing their condo themselves.
