Atrium Condominium Open House Success!

Yesterday I did an open house for a terrific 1BR/1BA corner condo at the famous Atrium Condominium located at 1530 Key Blvd. in Rosslyn. Although it started off kind of slow because of the weather, it quickly picked up with prospective buyers, and neighbors wanting to see what the current owner had done with the place/see what the market prices are for condos in their building.

This 760 corner tier unit is quite original floorplan, wall to wall windows throughout, with a spectacular view of Georgetown. Just with the interest yesterday, I am SURE this property will be selling quickly. Many people will pay just about anything for this view, and with a unique floorplan, this condo wont last long!
