Odyssey Condominiums
Last night I showed 2 units at the Odyssey. Although the outside of the building looked like most other hi-rise condominiums, the inside took a whole different motif. The inside surprised me as it embraced a serene modern design with accents of cool blue and light wood throughout. The entire building was kept up very well. The developers definitely did not cut corners, as all the light fixtures, door knobs, elevators, and small accents were top of the line. Along with the building, owners also put in a lot of work to perfect each unit with state-of-the-art appliances, granite counters, soft carpet, and elegant bathroom amenities. The open layout of the apartment was very well thought out (compared to many hi-rise buildings) maximizing the square footage. I was shocked that even on only the 6th floor there was still an amazing view of Georgetown, the National Cathedral, and the greenery of Arlington because of the short buildings surrounding the Odyssey. The rooftop pool, seating area, gym and club house all with an even more spectacular view of DC and Georgetown created a terrific atmosphere for social events and private parties. For the price (compared to some of the other new high rise buildings) this has definitely been my favorite condominium building so far.

Yes, I've found the Odyssey to be a tremendous condominium project! Have you dined at Yaku Restaurant (in the building, along Clarendon Blvd) yet? It's superb!
