My visit to the Atrium Condominiums
Most of last week I created brochures and handouts for Condo 1’s sales listings and rental properties. On Thursday I went to the Atrium Condominiums in Rosslyn to take pictures of 4 different units. One unique design feature of the Atrium is the building holds both one story and two story condominium units. With most modern high rise buildings cramming as many units into a small amount of space, it was nice to see design centered around customer and tenant’s wants, instead of developers desire of mass production of condominium units. Our ninth floor unit has a private balcony overlooking Georgetown. Although the Atrium is in the middle of downtown Rosslyn and a only a few blocks from the Metro, standing on the balcony with no view obstructions made me feel like I was far away from the hustle and bustle of the city life. The second level contains one of the three bedrooms with private bath. This tenth story bedroom is centered around a wall to wall window overlooking Georgetown while allowing an immense amount of light to enter.
