Happy Friday! As my first work week is finally winding down, I realized I have a lot on my plate already. Although I am focusing on doing the little tasks/marketing, I am starting to dip my toes into the property management division and sales division of Condo 1 (much earlier than I expected). I am hosting an open house in Waterview (http://www.waterviewresidences.com/) for one of the other agents, Stevie, this Sunday from 2-4. We went to the unit 2 days ago, and I was stunned. Right when you walk in the foyer there was an elegant lobby area with marble floors, friendly front desk attendants, and an exquisite modern seating area. The unit was on the 19th floor, and I am still getting used to the high rise buildings in Arlington compared to Chapel Hill where there is a 9 story building restriction. The rooftop sold me. The 31th floor rooftop had the most amazing views of the river and downtown DC (look at the website I attached if you don’t believe me). The rooftop has the most relaxing breeze, a grill, tables, long chairs, and a great entertaining atmosphere. After seeing this one building I am really looking to seeing all the different upscale condos around Arlington!
